Due to the nature of our handmade products we only offer store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer expedited ordering , all of our products are made in- house and from scratch, in small batches. Some orders may take longer to ship depending on seasonal ingredients. Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday. Once your order has been shipped  you will receive tracking information by email. 

 

Products purchased from both website and Salon Wellness Retailers location may be exchanged within 30 days.

 

The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If you purchased Sweethead Naturals from other retailers, please contact them directly.

 

If you buy SweetHead Naturals products from an unauthorized retailer or other unauthorized source, we regret that we cannot offer you credit for your product or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

 

If you should need further information regarding the return of Sweethead Naturals products, please do not hesitate to send us an email at sweetheadnaturals@gmail.com.  It is our pleasure to assist you however we can. Customer neglect of products voids the credit and exchange policy.

Examples include and are not limited to: Failure to make provisions to receive your delivery in a timely manner. Example: Ordering product and then going on vacation with no one available to receive the order. Improper care of product after delivery. Example:  exposure to sunlight and heat after delivery. 

 

Product Freshness and Guarantee

 

SweetHead Naturals  products are formulated to be simple, safe, and effective. Our products are prepared daily  to ensure they are at their optimum best when you receive them. We even go one step further and guarantee purity and freshness for 6 months after your purchase date. Most of our products are made to order to ensure freshness this may delay your order, so we ask you order in a timely manner to stay supplied : ) . Shelf Life of products one year. We are very confident you will use them by that time. : )

 

Shipping Information

We ship to all 50 states in the United States.  Shipping is $12.95 for orders up to $50 and shipping is FREE for any order over $. SweetHead Naturals effort are to process orders within 48 hours of receipt. We ship most online orders from St. Louis Missouri using U.S. Postal Service.
