New Client Consultations

All first-time guests are required to schedule a consultation before booking a hair service. This allows us to understand your hair goals and recommend the best service plan for you.

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with your hair thoroughly combed and free of excessive tangles. If significant detangling is required before your service, a $100 detangling fee will be added.

Full-Service Experience

Every hair service includes a relaxing professional shampoo. All services are priced à la carte, allowing you to customize your experience.

Appointments

• Services are available by appointment only.

• We are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments.

Salon Environment

To provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests:

• Children should only be present if they have a scheduled appointment.

• Waiting guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We value your appointment time. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
